Meditation helps us relax while guided lesson matters. Flowtime lessons were validated scientifically to improve stress resilience in a random controlled trial completed in collaboration with Mobio Interactive and the University of Toronto.
There are about 200 sessions from professional meditation instructions, including courses engaging in relationships, performance, stress, leadership, focus, anxiety, mindful pregnancy, and so on.

While the app works with Flowtime Biosensing Meditation Headband, it displays real-time biodata and generates meditation reports to dig deep inside your mind and body when meditating.

The most thrilling thing is to see how your body and brain change when meditating if you use the Flowtime headband simultaneously. Its two-channel EEG acquisition technology monitors brainwaves in real-time, while the heart-rate sensor also tracks your heart constantly.

The real-time data matters when you are doing meditation, while rich-data report after practice is also crucial to measuring your practice every time and insights of your progress. The sensors passively sense your brain and heart activities, and the app translates them into visualized graphs of your body performance.
